DMU Pride: Dance in Heels Workshop with Jono Kitchens



Join us for this 60-minute Dance in Heels Workshop from Jono Kitchens, suitable for dancers of any ability.

Jono will cater the class to whatever level the participants are comfortable at, with the session including a warm-up, walking exercises and learning a routine.

This workshop is all about having fun whilst looking and feeling fierce. Wearing heels is optional!

Credits & Acknowledgments

Jono Kitchens is a Dancer and Choreographer who completed his training from The Centre in 2006.

He has performed for many artists including Lily Allen, Eliza Doolittle, Fleur East and Miley Cyrus, and was a dancer on The X Factor under the choreography of Brian Friedman.

He has choreographed for Vince Kidd, Disney, Harrods, Trident Chewing Gum, The National Lottery, promo videos and corporate events in the UK and Middle East as well as the UK festival circuit as part of performance group Sink The Pink. Jono has also been assistant Choreographer to David Leighton on several projects including Marina and the Diamonds and Italian Vodafone.
