Why work for Curve?

Curve theatre, run by Leicester Theatre Trust (registered charity number 230708) is a major regional producing theatre in Leicester which celebrated its 10th birthday last year. Our vision is to have a worldwide reputation for awe inspiring theatre, from the heart of the UK.

Almost one million people engage with Curve annually through performances and projects at our home in Leicester, across the UK and around the world. Led by Chief Executive Chris Stafford and Artistic Director Nikolai Foster, Curve has become well-known for producing, touring and welcoming a bold and diverse programme of musicals, plays, new work, dance and opera. This is all presented alongside an exciting mixture of community engagement, artist development and learning programmes, which place audiences, artists and communities at the heart of everything we do.

As a registered charity, we are driven to positively contribute to our community through access to the arts. This focus generates a level of creativity, passion and enthusiasm within our team and is reflected in the way we work and the results they produce. As a team, our values are Creativity, Community, Respect, Trust and to Inspire through everything we do.
