Choreogata Showcase

Choreogata is an open application contemporary choreographic commission for dance makers to create and/or perform original new contemporary South Asian dance work.

This year’s recipients of the award are Kesha Raithatha from Leicester and Magdalene Gorringe from Birmingham who will be presenting two work-in-progress pieces.

Choreogata is a chance to see how South Asian dance has integrated into the Western contemporary dance world.
