Johnny Vegas started his stand up career in the 1990s and quickly became perhaps the most fearlessly confessional stand-up comedian in the UK.

In 1997 Johnny won the Leicester Mercury Comedian of the Year and went on to huge acclaim at gigs across the UK.  More recently, he met a knitted monkey, drank tea and became one of Britain’s best-loved comic actors.  Join him in an in depth interview with Dave’s Leicester Comedy Festival Director Geoff Rowe.
