Curve and the University of Leicester School of Business have developed a brand new, experiential training product entitled enACT, which builds resilience, grows confidence and improves communication and interpersonal skills.
Even the most established employees can find it difficult to articulate a clear corporate message in person, whether talking to colleagues, clients or customers.
In a four hour enACT training session, participants will learn a number of techniques using voice, gesture and performance to help overcome this. These simple, yet highly effective exercises will be easily relatable and applicable to everyday situations, ensuring a lasting impact for both the participant and the company they work for.
Half of the session is dedicated to vocal techniques, concerning issues such as projection rhythm and authentic voice. The other half of the session is focused on physical theatre techniques, concerning issues such as controlling conversations, maintaining emotional stability and making instant connections.
You will also learn more about:
- Speaking in public
- Presenting with style
- Engaging with clients
- Dealing with conflict
- Chairing a meeting
- Commanding a room
- Coping with difficult conversations
- Leaving positive impressions
- Promoting team harmony
enaCT is most effective when delivered to mixed groups of staff (senior management, administrators, ancillary staff, etc) all working together.
Finding our voice is a common problem. The best way to discover it is to work together.
The training costs £249pp + VAT
