A message from ABBA Mania's Agnetha and Anni-Frid

Hello Leicester! Sweden calling...

We can't wait to welcome ABBA Mania back to Curve later this month. Accepted as the world’s number one touring ABBA tribute production, it celebrates the band's music and revives those special memories of when the group ruled the airwaves.

Ahead of their visit, Agnetha (Tamsin Stewart) and Anni-Frid (Cleo Caetano de Souza) sent us this message.

Watch the Tiddler and other Terrific Tales show Trailer

Under the sea, out on the farm and into the jungle, these terrific tales are woven together with live music, puppetry and a whole host of colourful characters from Julia Donaldson & Axel Scheffler's best-loved titles: Tiddler, Monkey Puzzle, The Smartest Giant in Town and A Squash and a Squeeze.

Funky moves, toe tapping tunes and giggles are guaranteed!

In 2016, the Royal National Theatre played host to an extraordinary benefit performance. Writers Richard Bean, David Edgar, Stephanie Dale, Michelle Terry, Phil Porter, Jenifer Toksvig and Staten Cousin-Roe wrote 7 short plays, 2 songs and a poem to be performed by actors including Juliet Stevenson, David Morrissey, Adjoa Andoh and Rufus Hound.

In 2018 the project is going national – and Curve is part of it! There will also be an after-show discussion with representatives from the City of Sanctuary, Red Cross and the Moving Stories Community project.
