BOOKING YOUR TICKETS

Customers are advised that we are expecting a very high demand for tickets during the general on-sale. Please see below our top tips for booking your tickets.

Booking online
Where possible, we encourage you to book online for The Phantom of the Opera. If you already have a Curve account, we recommend you log in to your online account prior to the on sale to ensure that your details are up to date as this will save time on the day.

If you are a Member and have not created an online account yet, you will need to contact the Box Office to set this up for you. We recommend you do this before on-sale, as soon as possible.

If you find that you need assistance with your account, please let us know in advance of the on-sale by emailing [email protected], or by calling the Box Office on 0116 242 3595.

To help ensure everyone can access our website smoothly and fairly for these on sale dates, we have implemented a virtual waiting room system called Queue-It. You may be placed in a queue which will display your position and expected wait time before entering the website to book your tickets. Once you have reached the front of the queue, you will then be able to search for your selected performance and purchase your tickets.

Booking by telephone
To cover the demand for tickets, additional telephone operators will be handling calls in our Box Office. We anticipate that our phone lines will be very busy, but advise that you keep trying the Box Office line until you are placed in the queue, or to book online where possible.

Please note that we are only able to take bookings on our Box Office line – 0116 242 3595.

Booking in person
Tickets will be available to book in person at Curve from 12 noon on the dates of on-sale. Curve opens at 10am and we expect a queue to form in the building on the date of the general on-sale, so please arrive early to avoid disappointment.

On the day
For general enquiries on the day, please email us at [email protected] and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

You can also contact us via Facebook or Twitter with any questions you may have.

We will be posting regular ticket availability updates on our social media channels throughout the on-sale, so please keep an eye on these pages.
