Songbath Workshop with Mellow Baku

Join cultural sound artist Mellow Baku for a restorative Songbath experience, inviting you to pause, unwind and settle into stillness through immersive layers of sound and song.

Drawing on live looping vocals, breathwork, mantra and indigenous instruments, Mellow creates a rich and soothing soundscape designed to support relaxation, reflection and connection.

Choose a chair or recline on floor cushions, with optional participation.

Age guidance: Suitable for all, under 16s must be accompanied by an adult.
