The Book Thief Theatre Day

The Book Thief is a brand-new musical based on the multi-million copy best-selling novel by Markus Zusak. First published in 2005, the novel tells the story of a young girl in Nazi Germany whose foster family hide a young Jewish man in their cellar. Liesel, the Book Thief, learns to read and write, discovering how words can be used for both good and bad.
