SideKick Dance for Adults

SideKick Dance was created for both adults aged 19+ with physical and/or learning disabilities, and for young people aged 11-25 with disabilities to participate in dance training in a supportive and inclusive environment.

The sessions include a variety of dance techniques and creative activities to explore movement and produce choreography.

Term time only. Please arrive 15 minutes before the class start time, and wear comfortable clothes to dance in.

Workshop length: 90 minutes

Please note, as of 2 December 2021 all workshop participants over the age of 11 will need to show evidence of a negative lateral flow test (taken within 24 hours) before entering their session.

This evidence can be demonstrated in one of the following ways:

  • A photo of the test strip
  • The test itself in a clear and secure plastic bag
  • Confirmation of a negative result from the NHS registration via text or email
