Kathak Dance Class with Aditi Mangaldas

Aditi Mangaldas is one of the world’s greatest Kathak dancers and choreographers, working across the traditional repertoire of Kathak and contemporary forms while maintaining the spirit and flare of the classical.

INTRODUCTION TO KATHAK DANCE FOR PROFESSIONAL DANCERS
FRI 18 SEP, 7.30pm – 9pm

Friday evening’s workshop will include an introduction to Kathak and an hour practical Kathak class for professional dancers with limited or no experience of Kathak.

KATHAK MASTERCLASS FOR EXPERIENCED KATHAK DANCERS
SAT 19 SEP, 5pm – 7pm

Saturday’s workshop will be a two hour practical Kathak dance class for professional dancers with significant experience of Kathak.

The room will be open half an hour before the class start time to allow dancers to stretch and warm up before the class.
