Collaboration: A Moving Together Showcase

Come and experience Moving Together’s 2023 Summer Showcase, presenting community groups from across the East Midlands and their explorations into this year’s theme of Collaboration. Alongside a performance programme in the Studio Theatre, there will be a student-made exhibition in the foyer, a short interval performance programme of participant work, and a classic Moving Together finale dance!

Moving Together is a creative community dance company based in Leicester, providing dance and development opportunities for children, young people, aspiring practitioners and adults over the age of 55 within Leicestershire and the surrounding counties. Moving Together hosts a showcase annually at Curve, presenting work from community cohorts.

This year’s performers include but are not limited to; Moving Together Youth, Moving Together Senior Dance Company, Core Motion, local Primary, Secondary and SEND school groups and the new 2022/23 initiative ‘Moving Forwards’.
