Take an evening to escape the festive rush and immerse yourself in a concert of spellbinding seasonal music, performed by candlelight. Expect some of your favourite carols, and discover a treasure trove of gorgeous new – and old – music and readings that explore the magic, humour and peace of Christmas.

This event will take place at St James the Greater, 216 London Road, Leicester, LE2 1NE. Early booking is advised to avoid disappointment.

Running time: Approx. 2 hours 10 minutes, including interval.

Everyone is welcome at Ex Cathedra’s concerts, and the choir is committed to doing all it can to ensure you have a great experience.

Level access is available via the main door, and accessible toilets are located via a lift at the southeast end of the church. Designated wheelchair and companion spaces have been allocated on the ends of rows; please call the box office to book these.

Ex Cathedra’s concerts are unamplified and audiences may reserve applause for the end of each half. Ex Cathedra is happy to answer any questions if you are unsure whether the concert is suitable for anyone in your group.
