Come and get energised with Moving Together in a fun and friendly weekly dance fitness session!
Our classes include a series of warm up activities, a variety of stylised routines, a set phrase each week, and cool down movements. Sessions are 1 hour long, and all participants should wear something comfortable and bring along a bottle of water.
All of our sessions have a social focus, building a supportive community and encouraging participants to stay active through the adaptable and accessible nature of the class content.
