A 100 years on

Leicester and Leicestershire special schools return to Curve again for 2014. Following on from their success in 2013 with the show ‘This is Leicester’ the cast of 160 children from more than 10 special schools are performing again. The performance will remember events from the first and second world wars as we look back the 100th Anniversary of the outbreak of World War 1.

Expect to be moved and inspired by the talent and verve of these amazing young people. The show will reflect on the events of the two world wars but also be a celebration of the freedom we enjoy from the sacrifices made so many years ago.
