General Terms
Please read these terms and conditions carefully, as it is important you understand the contractual relationship you are entering into by purchasing a ticket by telephone, over the counter, via the website or via an agency.
Ticket Sales
We endeavour to make our programme accessible to all members of the community by applying a selection of price types to most productions and performances. Please read carefully the pricing information to ensure that you select the relevant price type.
All tickets, prices and discounts are subject to limited availability and can be changed and/or withdrawn at any time, without notice.
Tickets can be reserved (without immediate payment) if booking by telephone or in person at Curve ticket office. Full payment must be received within three working days. If tickets are reserved within 3 days of the performance full payment must be received 60 minutes prior to the performance. Tickets purchased online must be paid for in full at the time of booking.
All price types must be requested at the time of booking and customers will be asked to provide proof of entitlement. All tickets, price types and discounts are subject to availability where applicable, can be changed and/or withdrawn without prior notice and do not apply to tickets already purchased. LTT reserves the right to introduce offers and price changes without prior notice.
- No further discounts for preview performances.
- Only one discount applies per ticket.
- Discounts are only available where specified or advised.
- The number and type of tickets available in each price band is limited and can vary.
A transaction charge of £3 will be applied to all transactions, other than those made in person with cash at Ticket Office or our stand in Highcross.
- The transaction charge pays for commissions charged by credit card companies and banks and any balance is retained by the Trust as a contribution to the costs of operating the ticket sales service.
- Cash sales at either Curve Ticket Office or our sales kiosk in the Highcross shopping centre currently incur no transaction charge.

No further discounts for Preview performances, except Membership discount.
Only one discount applies per ticket, except when combining with Membership discount, as appropriate.

The number and type of tickets available in each price band is limited and can vary.
Registered unemployed is anyone who receives Job Seekers Allowance or Income Support. To claim, please bring proof of eligibility.
The Ticket Sales Team will advise all customers regarding the suitability of a show for children if an age guideline is not advertised. Every patron must be in possession of a ticket.
One free ticket for carers of customers requiring particular assistance may be obtained with proof of eligibility
Tickets are not refundable except in the case of a cancelled performance.
On receipt of your tickets, please check that your tickets are for the correct performance, date and time as mistakes cannot necessarily be rectified on the day of performance.
All details are correct at the time of going to print.
Tickets are sold for private use only and are not for resale for commercial gain by the holder. It we have reason to believe that tickets are being resold we may invalidate them and refuse entry to the performance.
Our license requires every patron to be in possession of a valid ticket.
All tickets are sold subject to LTT’s right to alter the advertised programme or cast in the event of illness or unavoidable cause, without prior notification.
Leicester Theatre Trust reserves the right to alter prices and availibility at any time.
Curve is not responsible for the content of any third party wbsite or contact information.
Tickets are sold subject to the Data Protection Act 1998.
Exchanges and Refunds
- Tickets are not refundable except in the case of a cancelled performance.
- Tickets may be exchanged to an alternative performance of the same production up to 24 hours prior to the original performance, subject to availability. An administration charge of £1 shall be made per ticket exchanged.
- Tickets exchanged for those of a lower face value will have any difference returned in LTT gift vouchers.
- LTT will consider written requests for ticket refunds from customers who have not been able to use their tickets due to exceptional circumstances. Such requests must be received within seven days of the date of the relevant performance, include all unused tickets and are at the discretion of the Ticket Office Manager
- Tickets will be accepted for resale but LTT will only attempt to resell tickets once a performance is sold out and cannot guarantee that tickets will be resold. An administration charge of £1 per ticket shall be made for each ticket successfully resold.
Customer Service
- Latecomers will only be admitted during a suitable break in the performance but admission can not always be guaranteed. We regret that we are unable to admit latecomers into the Studio.
- LTT reserves the right to refuse admission where we believe other patrons' comfort, enjoyment or security may be affected.
- Complaints relating to any aspect of a performance should be made to the Duty Manager at the venue prior to, during or immediately after the performance.
- The unauthorised use of recording and photographic equipment, including mobile phones cameras, is not permitted in the auditoria.
- Mobile phones, pagers and watch alarms are an irritant to both actors and audience and must be switched off prior to entering the auditorium.
Public Dress Rehearsals
The decision to invite the public to our Dress Rehearsal will be taken on the morning of that performance and tickets will go on sale at 12 noon the same day. Tickets are limited to six per person and are available on a first come, first served basis and can be bought only in person from the Ticket Office at Curve. We reserve the right to change this at any time.
CurveBall
CurveBall is subject to change – we will endeavour to communicate any changes to dates via our website.
Twosdays
Twosdays offer is subject to limited availability on selected seats/shows, and is available on evening shows only.We reserve the right to withdraw or change this offer
at any time.
Curve Young Company Members
All members of CYC are eligible for £5 tickets for selected shows. Tickets are limited.
