The Ticket Office is open from 9.30am (telephones) and 10am in person Monday to Saturday until 9pm. When there is no performance the Ticket Office closes at 6pm.

You can buy tickets and gift vouchers for Curve at our Highcross Leicester sales kiosk.

You'll find it on the Upper Mall near the glass lift - the staff will be delighted to tell you the latest Curve news and answer any queries. And it's open on Sundays!

Customers with disabilities requiring particular assistance are entitled to one free ticket to bring a companion

Wheelchair Users
 
Spaces for wheelchair users are available in both The Theatre and The Studio.
 
Accessible toilets
 
There are accessible toilets throughout Curve.
 
Hearing Impaired
 
Infra red and Induction loop hearing systems are installed in both The Theatre and The Studio. Headsets for use with or without a hearing aid can increase the volume of the performance. Headsets can be reserved in advance from the Ticket Office and may be collected prior to the performance.
 
Guide Dogs
 
Guide, hearing and other working dogs are most welcome, please ask about a dog space when booking.
 
Signed performances
 
A number of performances and events are British Sign Language interpreted. Please refer to the show pages for more information.

Captioned Performances
 
Selected performances are captioned. Captions convert the spoken word  into visible text as they are spoken, via a display screen on stage.

Visually Impaired
 
Selected performances are audio described where key visual aspects of a performance are described live via a headset. Headsets which receive the description can be  reserved in advance via the Ticket office and may be collected prior to the performance. Season brochures are available in large print and audio CD on request.
 
Touch Tours
 
Touch Tours are a tactile tour of the stage allowing customers who are blind or partially sighted greater access to the performance. Tours take place 90 minutes prior to the start of an audio described performance. Places on the tour should be booked in advance via the Ticket Office. Special seating is available for customers on audio described, captioned and British Sign Language Interpreted performances.

Relaxed Performances
 
Relaxed performances are tailored and aimed at anyone who would benefit from a more relaxed performance environment. The atmosphere in the auditorium will be relaxed and audience members will be free to come and go as they please and make noise if they want to.

Parking spaces
 
There are a limited number of disabled parking spaces in the NCP car park adjacent to Curve on Halford Street. The drop-off point for Curve is on Rutland Street accessed from Queen Street.
