  ACCESS INFORMATION
 

Disabled Customers
Disabled customers requiring particular assistance are entitled to one free ticket to bring a companion.

   Print
Brochures are available in Braille, large print and audio tape upon request.

Captioning
A number of performances are captioned which convert the spoken word into visible text, providing people with hearing loss access to live performance. The words appear on a display screen at the same time as they are spoken. 		 
Hearing Aids
An infra red hearing system in both the Auditorium and Studio is available. A headset for use with or without a hearing aid can increase the volume of the performance. Headsets are available from the cloakroom and are bookable in advance via the Ticket Office.


Touch Tours

Touch Tours for the blind or partially sighted are available 90 minutes prior to the start of performances that are audio described. Places on the tour should be booked in advance.
  
Sign Language
A number of performances and events are Sign Language interpreted.


Guide Dogs
Guide, hearing and other working dogs are most welcome, please ask about a dog space when booking.

  
Audio Described
Some performances are audio described. Headsets which receive the description can be reserved in advance via the Ticket Office and collected from the cloak room prior to the performance.


Accessible Toliets
There are accessible toilets throughout the theatre.

  
Special Pricing
Special pricing and seating is available for customers on audio described, Sign Language interpreted and captioned performances.
